Application and Location Terms

I accept that although Omaha Parks Foundation will try to accomodate my location preference and plaque inscription, neither are guaranteed. OPF may contact me with further information should either need to be adjusted.

Care of Tree Terms

I/We understand that we are responsible for the watering and care of tree(s) once planted as the Omaha Parks Foundation nor the city is able to individually care for each Memorial/Honor Tree. I/We will help maintain the tree for the first year or two to ensure viability.
